Who am I?
Hi! My name is Sharn Watts, I am a Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher. Nice to meet you!
Being a mum with young kids, I know all too well how taxing pregnancy and motherhood can be on our body, both physically and emotionally. I also know how important it is to deeply connect with yourself, and other mums along the way.
With almost 20 years Yoga experience, I continue to have a true passion for working with women and through Yoga Mums Fitness I have had the opportunity to teach yoga to hundreds of mums during their most important life experiences: pregnancy, preparing for birth, after their baby has arrived to restore their core and rebuild overall mental & physical strength through their motherhood journey.
WHO ARE WE?
We are a collective of stay-at-home mums, working mums, pregnant mums, mum with bubs, mums with children at school, mums with teenagers and executive mums who all value our mental and physical wellbeing.
