After your baby is born, Mums & Bubs Yoga is a great way to regain your strength, tone up and start to feel like yourself again while being around other Mums!
Yoga Mums Fitness will allow you to enjoy some yoga with your baby, tone up, rebuild core strength, release tension from back, neck and shoulders, work on posture and enjoy some relaxation. Our classes really help with all those common Mum aches and pains you experience from carrying and feeding bubs!
Our classes focus on you as a Mum to help recharge both physically and mentally while your bub is with you in a safe, clean, flexible, supportive and friendly environment.
After class, you’re also welcome to stay for a cuppa and chat which is a lovely way to socialise with other Mums, build friendships and talk about Mum life.
This is class is suitable from 6 weeks post-birth or 8 weeks after a Caesarean Section (or when your doctor has given you the all clear to return to gentle exercise) until your bub is crawling.
