Before you start

It is recommended that you consult with your health professional (Doctor or Midwife) before commencing a postnatal yoga program. It is recommended that you be given the all clear by your health professional to resume gentle exercise after birth, and we recommend waiting 6 weeks post birth for vaginal delivery and 8 weeks post birth for a caesarean.
