8 Week Pregnancy Yoga Course

Before you start

Consult with your health professional before commencing any new health, fitness or nutrition program. It is recommended that you be at least 14 weeks pregnant before starting our Pregnancy Yoga program.

Instructions given in any Yoga Mums Fitness online studio classes is instructional in nature only and should not override any advice from your health professional. Yoga Mums Fitness classes gives instructions for a range of pregnancy issues such as:

- Pelvic pain

- Pubis Symphysis Dysfunction (PSD)

- Sacroiliac (SIJ) Dysfunction

- High or low blood pressure

Just to name a few. However, you accept responsibility for adjusting your own yoga practice to ensure your own health and wellbeing.
